Job Title: HR Executive - Recruitment

Location: Bangalore
Department: Human Resources

Work Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR to support our hiring activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS reports.

• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

• Coordinate offer letters and onboarding formalities.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Coordinate with recruitment agencies when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any graduate.

• 1–3 years of recruitment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bulk hiring.

• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
