1. Monitor and upload monthly review forms and individual KPI data into the ERP system.
2. Verify handwritten employee requests and manual attendance logs before entering them into ERP.
3. Collect and verify asset handover forms and update records in the ERP system.
4. Assist in general HR activities and provide administrative support to various departments.
5. Manage all gate pass records for security personnel, visitors, and service engineers.
6. Stay updated on labor laws and ensure company-wide legal compliance.
7. Initiate and manage the health insurance revival process for the organization.
8. Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for insurance premiums and other HR-related expenses.
9. Coordinate with the Accounts Department to ensure timely payment of insurance premiums.
10. Capture and record transactions, IDs, and payment acknowledgements on company letterheads.
11. Ensure issuance of updated health insurance policy documents.
12. Distribute final health insurance policy receipts and cards to all eligible employees.
13. Attach updated medical insurance policy data to individual employee masters in the ERP system.
14. Act as the primary point of contact for MSCB and other utility providers for infrastructure support.
15. Troubleshoot and resolve electricity-related administrative issues and billing disputes.
16. Manage company-owned IT assets, including computers, laptops, and peripherals.
17. Oversee activation and lifecycle management of company-provided SIM cards.
18. Monitor and maintain all physical assets across the organization premises.
19. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and morale.
20. Generate daily work reports to provide management visibility on HR and administrative metrics.
21. Act as a central coordination point for interdepartmental operational requirements.
22. Attend the weekly rental department meeting and coordinate accordingly.
23. Monthly site visit (16 to 19) of every month
24. Handling Operators Issue
25. Coordinate with operators for their Salary related Issue
26. Workshop Visit daily
27. Conduct Weekly meeting of service engineers.
28 Handle the employee payroll and compliances.
