Job Description: HR Generalist
Department: Human Resources
Location: Andheri (East)
Employment type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Source, screen and hire for open roles through job portals, agencies and referrals. Coordinate interviews and offers.
Onboarding: Run joining formalities, document verification, background checks and induction.
Employee relations: Be the first point of contact for queries and grievances. Handle discipline and conflicts fairly.
Payroll and attendance: Maintain attendance, leave and overtime records, and work with Finance to process salaries accurately and on time.
Engagement and retention: Plan engagement activities and work to reduce attrition.
HR operations: Maintain employee records in the HRMS or Excel, and prepare MIS reports on headcount, attrition and hiring.
Exits: Manage resignations, full and final settlement and exit interviews.
Required Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
