Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call Diploma and BE Mechanical students to promote software training courses.
- Explain course details, benefits, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries related to software training and placements.
- Follow up with interested students and parents.
- Schedule demo sessions and counseling appointments.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions status.
- Achieve admission and calling targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Ability to explain technical courses in a simple manner.
- Confident, convincing, and student-friendly approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM preferred).
Preferred Candidate:
- 1–2 years of experience in student calling / education counseling.
- Experience in software training institutes is an added advantage.
