About Homy

Homy is building a private home chef service that brings healthy, good lifestyle food to people's homes, cooked

fresh by trained private chefs. This role finds, onboards and looks after our chefs, and keeps the chef pipeline

ready for demand.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing

• Source chef candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, chef communities and local networks.

• Maintain a steady flow of qualified profiles across cuisines and skill levels.

2. Screening & Selection

• Screen profiles and conduct first-round interviews on experience, cuisine skills, hygiene standards and

professionalism.

• Coordinate trials and final selection with the Homy team.

3. Chef Pipeline

• Create and maintain a regular, ready-to-deploy chef pipeline so that demand is never held up by supply.

• Track availability, skills and city or area coverage in a simple database.

4. Demand-Based Allocation

• Arrange and schedule chefs as per customer demand, matching cuisine, location and timing.

• Plan backups and coordinate quickly to cover cancellations or gaps.

5. Onboarding

• Run a smooth onboarding: documentation, verification, orientation and training on Homy's service and hygiene

standards.

• Ensure every chef understands Homy's menu, customer etiquette and quality expectations.

6. Employee Satisfaction

• Check in regularly with chefs and collect feedback on their experience, workload and concerns.

• Resolve issues quickly and share insights with the leadership to improve retention.

7. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage the full lifecycle from hiring to onboarding, performance, engagement, payouts coordination and exit.

• Maintain accurate records and HR processes as the team grows.

Skills & Requirements

• Prior experience in HR, recruitment, staffing or operations; hospitality or food-service hiring is a plus.

• Strong communication and people skills in Hindi and English.

• Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple hiring and scheduling tasks at once.

• Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and job portals.

• Empathetic, reliable and proactive, with a service-first mindset.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
