GI.EN PENTA HI-TECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED requires a knowledgeable and confident HR administrator to implement company HR policies to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. We seek candidates with identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them, you will be responsible for manage day-to-day human resources operations, acting as a crucial bridge between management and employees. Key responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, facilitating employee onboarding, administering payroll and benefits, handling workplace grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation for new hires.
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, address grievances, and assist in conflict resolution to foster a positive workplace culture.
Performance & Compensation: Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, track employee metrics, and assist in processing payroll and administering benefits.
Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and implement company policies while ensuring strict adherence to regional labor laws and statutory requirements.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, manage the company's HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and generate regular reports.
Learning & Engagement: Identify training needs, coordinate professional development programs, and plan employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or an equivalent diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of employment/labor laws and HR best practices.
Skills: Communication, Employee relations, recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, compliance knowledge, conflict resolution, organizational skills, HR reporting and MS Office.
