Job Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)

• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Assist in attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination

• Help implement HR policies and company rules

• Handle basic employee queries and HR communication

• Support HR activities like engagement programs, meetings, and documentation

• Assist in performance review and appraisal data collection

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written)

• Basic knowledge of HR processes

• Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, and email

• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

• Positive attitude and confidentiality awareness
