Hiring: HR Executive – EStartEdge Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Delhi (In-Person)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 1+ Year
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Handle blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar hiring requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing and employee lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Manage job postings on various hiring platforms and social media channels.
Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment or HR Operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Basic understanding of payroll and HR documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
