ShiftingBazar.com is looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, and HR documentation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Hiring for operations, sales, customer support & field staff

• Posting job openings on portals, WhatsApp groups & social media

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, documents & HR MIS

• Attendance, leave & shift management

• Coordination with payroll team

Employee Management

• Employee onboarding & induction

• Handling employee queries & basic grievance management

• Support in performance tracking & appraisals

Compliance & Policies

• Ensure company HR policies are followed

• Maintain confidentiality of employee data

• Assist in HR audits & reports

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA HR preferred

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Knowledge of recruitment process

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets

• Ability to multitask & work independently

🌟 Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in logistics / packers & movers industry

• Hiring field executives & operations staff

• Knowledge of labour laws (basic)
