Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR operations and passionate about creating a positive, high-performing work culture. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams in a fast-growing Fintech/NBFC environment and contribute to strategic HR initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, NBFC, and Fintech roles.

• Source candidates through various job portals.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to offer closure.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Perform onboarding formalities for new hires.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

1. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy workplace culture. Organize engagement, wellness, and leadership development programs, and act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
