We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements, and experience in handling day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment

 Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to on boarding.

 Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

 Source candidates through various channels.

 Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

 Schedule interviews with hiring managers.

 Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

 Prepare offer letters and complete on boarding formalities.

HR Operations

 Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

 Assist with employee on boarding and induction.

 Support attendance and leave management.

 Coordinate employee engagement activities.

 Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

 Handle HR administrative tasks and reports.

Required Skills

 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Workindia, Indeed, Job Hai, etc.

 Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

 Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
