The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle end-to-end hiring and workforce management activities.

• End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Manpower planning and workforce management.

• Employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Coordination with department heads for hiring requirements.

• Employee onboarding and HR operations support.

• Maintaining HR records and reports.
