POSITION DETAILS

Designation: Recruitment Associate

Organization: RK Finance & HR Services

Work Mode: Work From Home / Hybrid

Working Hours: Part-Time / Full-Time / Weekend Options

YOUR ROLE

As a Recruitment Associate, your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with suitable candidates who are interested in becoming an Insurance Advisor.

You will receive complete online guidance and training to perform your role effectively.

INCOME STRUCTURE

Commission Structure (Per Successful Recruitment):

• 1–3 Recruitments → ₹6,000 per Recruitment (₹6,000 – ₹18,000)

• 4–8 Recruitments → ₹12,000 per Recruitment (₹48,000 – ₹96,000)

• 9–14 Recruitments → ₹15,000 per Recruitment (₹1.35 Lakh – ₹2.10 Lakh)

• 15–47 Recruitments → ₹20,000 per Recruitment (₹3.00 Lakh – ₹9.40 Lakh)

• 48–96 Recruitments → ₹25,000 per Recruitment (₹12.00 Lakh – ₹24.00 Lakh)

• 97+ Recruitments → ₹30,000 per Recruitment (₹29.10 Lakh+)

Important Note:

The above targets are team targets, not individual targets. You will work as a part of a team.
