Job Description: HR Executive (2–3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, and exit processes.

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports.

• Assist in payroll processing, attendance, leave management, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

• Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.

• Coordinate training and development programs.

• Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

• Handle grievance management and support employee relations.

• Assist in audits and HR compliance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.

• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and labor laws.

• Experience in payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
