Square Yards is on the lookout for a hardcore International Recruiter / Headhunter who can own end-to-end hiring for the Australia market.

✔️ End-to-end recruitment for Australia-based roles

✔️ Heavy focus on headhunting & proactive sourcing

✔️ Build and maintain a strong international talent pipeline

✔️ Partner closely with hiring managers & stakeholders

✔️ Ensure an excellent candidate experience

✔️ 2–6 years of recruitment experience

✔️ Exposure to international hiring (Australia preferred)

✔️ Strong headhunting & closing skills

✔️ Excellent communication & stakeholder management

✔️ Comfortable with Australia shift
