We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to manage recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and daily HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen applicants and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Manage onboarding and maintain HR records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Familiarity with MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
