Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring for Personal Loan and Overdraft Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within tight timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hiring sales profiles in the BFSI/financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for Personal Loan and Overdraft Sales Executive positions.

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and business teams.

• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Ensure quick turnaround time to meet bulk hiring targets.

• Build a strong pipeline of sales candidates for ongoing requirements.

• Maintain good candidate experience and follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in BFSI / NBFC recruitment.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
