Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

1.Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.

2.Screen resumes and conduct telephonic HR interviews.

3.Schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.

4.Coordinate the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.

5.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

6.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

HR Operations

1.Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.

2.Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.

3.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

4.Support attendance, leave, and employee engagement activities.

5.Assist in performance management and employee relations.

6.Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Eligibility

1.Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

2.Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

3.Prior recruitment or HR experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2.Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

3.Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

4.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.

5.Ability to work under deadlines and achieve hiring targets.
