Job Title: HR Hiring Intern (3 Months Internship + Full-Time Opportunity)

Duration: 3 Months Internship (Performance-based Full-Time Offer)
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes for technical and non-technical roles
Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases
Draft and post job descriptions across platforms
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth hiring experience
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, BBA, MBA, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Basic understanding of technical roles (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
