We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage core HR functions including recruitment, statutory compliances, payroll management, and employee engagement activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and employee handling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Expertise in recruitment, payroll management, statutory compliances, and employee engagement activities
• Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, attendance management, and statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, and labor law requirements.
• Skilled in maintaining HR records, coordinating audits, onboarding employees, and supporting employee relations initiatives.
• Proficient in HRMS software and MS Excel with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS while handling HR documentation, filing, and interdepartmental coordination.
Candidate Requirements:
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
• Experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
