Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the smooth functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee joining, onboarding and documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave records and employee data.
- Coordinate salary processing and payroll activities.
- Manage employee engagement and resolve basic employee queries.
- Support recruitment, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Maintain HR records, files and company policies.
- Coordinate with team leaders and management for daily operations.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and employee management.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle employee records confidentially.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome.
