Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.
Verify payroll inputs such as salary, deductions, incentives, overtime, and reimbursements.
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
Prepare salary sheets, payslips, payroll reports, and MIS.
Maintain accurate employee master data and personnel records.
Manage employee joining, exit, full & final settlement, and clearance processes.
Resolve employee salary, attendance, and payroll-related queries.
Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for salary processing and statutory payments.
Maintain proper documentation of HR and payroll records.
Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR activities when required.
