The HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, and maintaining company policies. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports employees and management.
Handle recruitment and hiring process (job posting, screening, interviews).
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and termination letters.
Ensure company policies and labor laws compliance.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Maintain HR reports and employee data.
Support management in performance evaluation.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience with MS Office and HR software.
