Job Purpose
The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic rounds, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
Employee Operations & HRIS:
Maintain and update digital and physical employee records in the HRIS database.
Track daily attendance, leave approvals, and biometric data.
Assist in managing employee exit processes, including full and final (F&F) settlements.
Payroll & Compliance Support:
Prepare monthly attendance data and salary inputs for payroll processing.
Assist with statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and labor laws.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Resolve daily employee queries and grievance issues professionally.
Communicating and implementing company policies across teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/BBA HR preferred).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.
Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially advanced Excel) and HRIS software.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a people-oriented approach.
