Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and daily HR operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle staff professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Post job openings on job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with managers
Handle joining formalities
2. Employee Management
Maintain employee records and attendance
Handle staff queries and issues
Support team discipline and performance
3. Training & Development
Assist in onboarding new employees
Help in basic training and staff guidance
4. HR Operations
Maintain HR documents and files
Track employee performance
Ensure company policies are followed
Required Skills:
Good communication (English +hindi+ local language)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets)
Strong coordination & people management skills
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
