Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing candidates: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
2. Screening resumes: Reviewing resumes and cover letters to determine candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
3. Conducting interviews: Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Building relationships: Developing relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
5. Managing job postings: Creating and posting job ads on various platforms to reach a wide pool of candidates.
6. Tracking candidate progress: Monitoring candidate applications, interviews, and hiring processes to ensure timely and efficient recruitment
7. Providing feedback: Offering constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
