We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at CA Firm to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manpower planning and end to end recruitment.
Joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Employee lifecycle management and maintenance of employee records.
Exit formalities, exit interviews and full and final settlement co-ordination.
.Payroll processing and salary management.
Developing and implementing HR policies.
Handling employee queries, grievances and workplace concerns.
Performance management and employee management.
Statutory compliance and employee relations.
Job Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
3-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment and payroll processing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
