Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join BTN EVENTS. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and supporting workforce planning to meet the company’s growing event operations and corporate staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).

• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements for internal roles.

• Develop and post job descriptions across job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for event staff, operations teams, and corporate roles.

• Conduct interviews and coordinate assessment processes.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and HR documentation.

• Support employer branding initiatives to position BTN EVENTS as an employer of choice.

• Assist with other HR functions such as employee engagement and performance management when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1-5 years of hr/recruitment experience.

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/ATS systems.
