Job Description
The Human Resources (HR) Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Organize training sessions and maintain training records.
Prepare HR reports, employee data, and other administrative documentation.
Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution when required.
