We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Bluestaff's India Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15500 - ₹ 18500 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Management – Maintain employee records and HR documents.

Recruitment Support – Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.

Onboarding – Complete new employee documentation and induction.

Payroll Support – Provide attendance and salary-related information.

HR Documentation – Prepare appointment, confirmation, transfer, warning, and relieving letters.

Employee Support – Handle employee queries and HR-related issues.

HR Reports – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.

Compliance – Ensure HR processes follow company policies and labor requirements.

Exit Management – Handle resignation, clearance, and exit formalities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
