Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource functions at our coaching institute. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and creating a positive work culture for academic and non-academic staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Handle end-to-end recruitment for faculty, counselors, admin, and support staff
Coordinate interviews, demo lectures, and onboarding processes
Maintain a talent pipeline for future faculty and staff needs
2. Onboarding & Employee Engagement
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Plan engagement activities, feedback sessions, and staff meetings
3. Performance Management
Implement appraisal systems for teaching and non-teaching staff
Track KPIs, faculty performance, and student feedback (where applicable)
Support management in promotions, increments, and corrective actions
4. Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate payroll processing, leave management, and statutory compliance
Ensure adherence to labor laws, institute policies, and contracts
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities
5. Policy & Culture Building
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
Promote a professional, ethical, and student-focused work environment
Act as a bridge between management and employees
