We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Executive to manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee records. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, MS Office, PF, ESIC, and HRMS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll including salary calculation, deductions, and payslip generation
Handle PF and ESIC registration, returns, challans, and compliance
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management in HRMS
Make salary entries and maintain records in Tally
Prepare payroll reports using MS Excel
Manage employee joining, exit, and documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate with accounts and management for payroll and HR activities
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Tally (Tally Prime)
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience in PF and ESIC portal work
Experience with Payroll processing
Basic knowledge of HR and accounts
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA HR / HR Diploma or equivalent
