An HR Executive manages daily HR operations, aligning people strategies with business goals through talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration, ensuring a positive work culture and adherence to labour laws while facilitating effective communication between staff and leadership. Key responsibilities include recruitment, policy development, training, handling grievances, payroll, and maintaining records, acting as a key driver for organisational growth. 

Core Responsibilities

• Talent Management: Overseeing recruitment, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and career development.

• Employee Relations: Fostering a positive environment, managing conflicts, resolving grievances, and handling disciplinary actions.

• HR Policies & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labour laws.

• Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, benefits packages, and managing related budgets.

• Training & Development: Coordinating programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Data & Reporting: Maintaining accurate employee records and generating HR analytics. 

Strategic & Operational Duties

• Strategic Alignment: Contributing to business strategy by ensuring the right talent is in place.

• Workplace Culture: Promoting engagement, open communication, and a supportive environment through events and forums.

• Operational Oversight: Managing daily HR departmental functions and supervising HR team members.

• Problem-Solving: Addressing workplace issues, from minor concerns to termination processes.
