The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR processes and supports a positive workplace culture.
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, joining formalities)
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs
Handle onboarding and induction for new employees
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Address employee queries and support grievance handling
Support performance appraisal processes
Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, termination, etc.)
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
Maintain discipline and workplace ethics
