The SS Realty is looking for a smart, confident, and energetic HR Executive who can handle recruitment and coordination work efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and hiring

• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews

• Calling candidates and maintaining follow-ups

• Handling job portals and social media hiring

• Coordinating with management and team leaders

• Maintaining employee records and attendance

• Daily reporting and line-up management

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of HR recruitment experience

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & job portals

• Positive attitude and professional behavior

• Real estate hiring experience will be an added advantage
