Job Title: HR Officer
Job Type: Hybrid (Work from Home + On-site)
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Working Days - 6 Days
Office Hours- 10 Am-6 Pm
Key Responsibilities:
. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordination
· Facilitating onboarding and induction of new employees
· Maintaining employee records and internal HR databases
· Supporting HR operations such as attendance and payroll coordination
· Handling employee queries and providing HR support
· Assisting in training sessions and engagement activities
Eligibility Criteria:
· Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
· 0–4 years of experience (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ludhiana
