The SS Realty is looking for a smart, confident, and energetic HR Executive who can handle recruitment and coordination work efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment and hiring
Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Calling candidates and maintaining follow-ups
Handling job portals and social media hiring
Coordinating with management and team leaders
Maintaining employee records and attendance
Daily reporting and line-up management

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of HR recruitment experience
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office & job portals
