Key Responsibilities:
Handle HR operations through PaySquare / HRMS•
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records
• Support PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity compliance
• Generate MIS and payroll reports
• Handle employee queries and office administration activities
🎯 Skills Required:
• Experience in PaySquare / HRMS / Payroll software
• Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
