Job Description:

HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

● Workforce Management:

○ Being responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for both full-time and part-time retail, publishing related, office and warehouse staff is the primary job of the HR.

○ Ensure the alignment of HR practices with Wilco especially keeping proper record of the Retail employees Leaves and PF queries.

○ Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that reflects the values and ethos of the organization.

● Employee Relations & Issue Resolution.

○ Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving issues related to employees.

○ Build strong relationships with employees, addressing their needs and concerns.

○ Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to foster better communication.

Qualifications:

● Preferably having at least 2 years experience in Human Resources (in Recruitment).

● Proven experience in a senior HR talent acquistion role, preferably in the education or creative industry.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff and leadership.

● Demonstrated ability to uphold and promote company values and culture.

● Should have a general knowledge of HR regulations.
