✨ HR Recruiter – Jewellery Industry

Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for specialized roles in jewellery manufacturing, design, accounts, and sales. The role requires strong industry knowledge, networking ability, and a keen eye for talent suited to the jewelry sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and hire candidates for CAD Designers, Accountants, Sales Executives, and factory staff.

• Job Posting: Draft and publish engaging job ads on portals, LinkedIn, and industry networks.

• Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and administer skill tests (CAD portfolio, accounts compliance, sales role-play).

• Industry Networking: Build relationships with jewelry institutes, trade associations, and local talent pools.

• Onboarding: Coordinate joining formalities, compliance documentation, and induction programs.

• Database Management: Maintain a talent pipeline and employee records in Excel/HRMS.

• Compliance Support: Assist HR Manager in labour law compliance, attendance, and payroll structuring.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing and retail roles.

• Proficiency in recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with HR documentation and compliance.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
