We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation. The internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates).

• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.

• Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files.

• Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR-related communications.

• Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and events.

• Help in administering HR policies and procedures.

• Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

• Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and tools.
  

Eligibility Criteria :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
