Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive – Work From Home (Remote)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Remote Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various industries while working from home.

Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Client & Requirement Handling

• Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, and skill expectations

• Coordinate with clients for role clarity, hiring timelines, and feedback

• Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously

🔹 Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases

• Use Boolean search techniques to find suitable profiles

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

🔹 Screening & Interview Coordination

• Conduct telephonic / video screening interviews

• Assess candidates for skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit

• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients

• Follow up for interview feedback and next steps

🔹 Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers

• Share daily/weekly recruitment status reports with clients or managers

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance

🔹 Offer Management & Closure

• Coordinate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities

• Follow up with candidates until onboarding and joining

• Handle candidate queries and drop-off management

🔹 Employer Branding

• Post job openings on job portals and social platforms

• Promote client opportunities professionally and ethically

Required Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Qualification

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate (HR preferred but not mandatory)

🛠 Skills

• Experience in remote recruitment / client hiring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently

• Time management and self-discipline for WFH

• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Experience

• 0–1 Year: Freshers with recruitment training may apply

• 1–5 Years: Experienced recruiters preferred (IT / Non-IT / Bulk / Lateral hiring)
