About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and daily HR operations while ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Track attendance, leave records, and employee data.

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

• Coordinate induction programs for new employees.

• Support payroll by maintaining attendance and employee information.

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.

• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn.

• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

• Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
