The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR team in recruitment, documentation, attendance tracking, and employee engagement activities.Key Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment efforts: sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling interviewsMaintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR filesSupport onboarding and exit formalitiesDraft HR documents including offer letters and HR policiesCoordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement programsMaintain HR MIS reports and recordsRespond to routine employee queries and provide administrative HR supportQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field1–2 years of experience in an HR support role preferredFreshers with strong communication and organizational skills may applyProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityWhat We Offer:Fixed salary + performance incentivesCareer growth opportunities in HRTraining & mentorship from senior HR professionalsPositive and growth-focused work environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusWork Location: In person
