Job Overview
Wander Nova Private Limited is hiring a dedicated and organized HR & Personal Assistant for an on-site role. The candidate will manage complete recruitment operations (Hiring to Onboarding) and provide executive-level personal assistance to the Director/Management.
This is a full-time office-based position, and the candidate must be available on-site during working hours.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 HR Responsibilities (End-to-End Hiring Process)
Create and post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews with management.
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Handle offer letter drafting and issuance.
Manage salary discussions as per company policy.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Support HR policy implementation and employee engagement.
🔹 Onboarding Responsibilities
Complete joining formalities.
Collect and verify required documents.
Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
Coordinate with IT team for system/email setup.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Track probation period and confirmation process.
🔹 Personal Assistant Responsibilities
Manage Director’s daily calendar and appointments.
Schedule meetings and maintain follow-ups.
Handle official emails and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Arrange travel bookings and meeting logistics.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Professional personality and presentable
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Problem-solving and proactive attitude
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree (HR / Business Administration preferred)
Prior experience in HR or Executive Assistant role preferred
