• Understand hiring requirements, job roles, skills, and candidate profiles from management.

• Prepare and post attractive job descriptions on relevant job portals and recruitment platforms.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls/interviews.

• Evaluate candidates based on communication, experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and overall suitability.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and management/interviewers.

• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Negotiate salary and other employment terms where required.

• Manage the offer and joining process and ensure selected candidates join on the agreed date.

• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker/database for all candidates and vacancies.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.

• Track recruitment metrics such as number of candidates sourced, shortlisted, interviewed, selected, and joined.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Work with management to continuously improve the company's hiring process.
