Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage attendance and leave records
Coordinate payroll inputs and full & final settlements
Support employee engagement activities
Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR
1–3 years of HR experience
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and labor laws
