We are looking for a Hr/Admin to join our team at Shubham Biz Facility Management Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include working on PF, ESIC portal, handle PF, ESIC related grievance, working on manually salary slip, Exit Application. You will be responsible for salary slip ( manually) pf esic related grievance, handle pf, esic portal. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate Salary Slip ( Manually on excel sheet)
Handle PF, ESIC Related issues of employee

Visit ESIC, PF OFFICE For employees problem

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
