Job Title: Part-Time HR & Recruitment Coordinator (Work From Home) only From MUMBAI
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring process and basic HR administration.
Work Schedule:
Work From Home (Part-Time)
4 hours per day
Preferred timings: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Required to visit office once a month
Key Responsibilities
Source and cold call candidates.
Screen profiles and schedule interviews.
Follow up with candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and organize the HR Google Drive.
Create basic social media posts using Canva and post on company accounts.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable making phone calls.
Basic knowledge of recruitment.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
Basic Canva skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Qualification: Graduate (0–2 years of experience). Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
