HR & Admin Manager

Experience: 7–10 years

Industry Preference: Real Estate Developer / Construction / Contracting Firms. However a deserving candidate with lesser experience or other industries are welcome to apply.

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee end-to-end human resources and administrative operations across multiple project sites. The role requires strong on-ground execution, people management, and compliance handling within a construction/development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations across corporate office and multiple site locations

• Handle recruitment, conduct regular interviews, onboarding – orientation/ induction, workforce planning (including site staff & labor coordination)

• Oversee payroll, attendance systems, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.)

• Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives

• Manage administrative functions: facilities, vendor management, travel, asset control

• Ensure smooth coordination between site teams, contractors, and corporate office

• Handle grievance resolution and maintain workplace discipline

Key Requirements

• Prior experience with a real estate developer or construction/contracting company is mandatory

• Strong understanding of labor laws and site-level HR challenges

• Experience managing multiple locations/sites

• High ownership, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in fast-paced environments

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
